For designated products, the seller of the product is either
the software publisher, share-it, or RegNow! The payment
process is administered by the software publisher, share-it, or

Affiliate Program, you must agree to the following Terms and
Conditions:

must have a professionally appearing website that is targeted towards businesses, quality
professionals, and organizations, which adequately and correctly describes our products, but must not be
dedicated solely to our products (you must be promoting
products/services other than ours). You are permitted to use our product descriptions, product images, and
product samples to promote our products. However, you
are not allowed to copy large sections of our website or any
other pictures besides product images.
Your website must have its own identity.

Your
website must not promote products or provide information that
we deem incompatible to our products (for example,
pornographic or otherwise indecent).

You
must not promote our products directly or indirectly through
unsolicited mass emails.
·
You
must not compete directly with our advertisements.
In order to join the Referral Program, you must agree
to the following Terms and
Conditions:

You must have a legal business with customers
interested in management system implementation. You do not
need to have a website.
·
You promote our products either by referring
your customers to our website, or you purchase the products
for your customers.
·
You must not promote our products directly or
indirectly through unsolicited mass emails.
·
You
must not compete directly with our advertisements.
Once you are approved as referrer, you will qualify for
commission payments when you email us with the following
information no later than 72 hours after a purchase is made
and no earlier than 168 hours prior to a purchase being made
by a customer you referred (or by you on behalf of the
customer):

Your name, business name, and email address.
·
Name of the person or company that you referred.
·
Purchased product.

General Terms and Conditions:
In order to join the
Affiliate Program/Referral Program, you must agree to the following
General Terms and
Conditions:

We pay
out commission monthly through PayPal.
The minimum commission payments will be $100.00 (USD);
if your accumulated commissions add up to less than $100.00,
your accumulated commissions will be rolled over to the next
month until $100.00 is reached, unless your referral is of a
one time basis, in which case we will issue you payment upon
request.
·
We reserve the right to terminate or alter the
Affiliate Program at any time and for any reason.
Specifically, we periodically review our affiliates, and we
will immediately terminate any affiliate that violates our
terms and conditions set forth above.
·
In the event that this program is terminated or
that an affiliate is terminated by us, we will pay all
properly earned commissions within one month unless the
affiliate was terminated for violation of our terms and
conditions, in which case we will only pay commissions earned
up to the time of violation of our terms and conditions (for
example, there would be no commission payments for any
purchases subsequent to unsolicited mass emails from you).
Product Copyrights -
All Products are copyrighted materials, which are protected
under US and international copyright laws.
By purchasing a Product from our website, customers are
granted a non-exclusive limited license to use the Products at
their facilities in accordance with these Terms:
a) Limited Usage: Customers may use each individual
Product, modified or unmodified, at a single organization
only. Customers have to purchase the same Product once more in
order to use it at another organization or for another client.
b) Unauthorized Use: You or your customers shall not place
any of our Products, modified or unmodified, on a CD, file
server, website, or any other medium and offer them for
redistribution or resale. It is your responsibility to
safeguard the modified and unmodified Products you or your
customer purchased from us and prevent their unauthorized use.
c) Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive
ownership to any of our Products, modified or unmodified.

Hold
Harmless -
By accessing our Website and/or by purchasing the Products you
agree to hold harmless Quality Systems Innovations, Inc. and
its licensees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from and
against any and all claims, actions, and damages (including
attorneys' fees) resulting from your use of our products, your
use of our Website, and the content of the Products and
Website.
Limitation
of Liability -
Neither Quality Systems Innovations, Inc. nor any of our
subsidiaries, divisions, licensees, affiliates, agents,
representatives, or licensors shall be liable to you or anyone
else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect,
incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar
damages arising out of your access or use of, or your
inability to access or use, the Website, the Products, or any

possibility of such damage. In jurisdictions that do not allow

for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these

shall be filed only in courts located in Pennsylvania, and you
further agree and submit to the exercise of personal

Return Policy
- The purchased product(s) cannot be returned because the
files cannot be protected against copying. Before you or
your customer
make a purchase, please review the samples on this website.
